All “In-stock” items ship within 5-7 business days. Whereas Customized items shipped between 5-8 weeks. For “Out of stock” items contact us for ETA and pre-order options.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from our team stating the order processing time and estimated delivery duration.


Shipment schedule.

  • Shipments are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
  • For specific time and day shipment, please contact us at info@softncozy.com.
  • Third-Party shipments are only at the curbside or front door.
  • Premium Delivery service and assembly are available for an additional fee.


    Pick Up:

    Once the item is ready for a pickup at your nearest location, we will send a confirmation email. When picking up at our locations, please make necessary transportation arrangements as per the item or call our Customer Service associate. Buyer is solely responsible for the transportation and handling of the item. Any damages that occur due to transport and handling do not qualify for return or exchange.
